To exercise any of these rights, contact richph's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15. richph will respond to data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with notice to the Data Subject.
Note on mandatory data: Certain personal data processing — particularly KYC verification and AML transaction monitoring — is mandatory under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. richph cannot accommodate requests to delete or cease processing such data while your Account remains open, or during any legally mandated retention period following closure.
richph's Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. richph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. This is a hard regulatory requirement under PAGCOR's licensing framework and Philippine law governing online gaming.
richph enforces the 21+ age requirement through the KYC verification process. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any personal data associated with such an Account will be deleted to the extent permitted by applicable legal obligations, and the incident will be reported to PAGCOR as required.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered a richph Account, please contact richph's support team immediately via live chat or at the email address in Section 15 so that the Account can be closed and associated data handled appropriately.
The richph Platform may, from time to time, contain links to third-party payment processor interfaces (such as GCash and PayMaya) accessed during deposit and withdrawal flows. These interfaces are operated by their respective providers under those providers' own privacy policies. richph is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party payment platforms.
When you initiate a GCash or PayMaya transaction from richph, you are redirected to or interact with the relevant provider's authorization interface. The data you enter in that interface — including your GCash PIN or PayMaya authentication credentials — is processed by that provider and is not accessible to richph. richph receives only the transaction confirmation and reference data necessary to credit your Account.
