Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and richph ("richph," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at richph.biz. By registering an account, accessing the richph platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

richph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines. All operations of richph are subject to Philippine law and the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the richph platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's richph Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real Philippine Peso funds from a Player to their richph Account balance using an approved payment method.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo, crash games, and other wagering products available on the richph platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
• "Platform" means the richph website, mobile browser application, and all associated digital services and content.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet on qualifying games before it can be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's richph Account balance to a Player-designated payment method.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a richph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. This age requirement is non-negotiable and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted by your jurisdiction of residence to access online gambling services.
• You must not be accessing richph from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be a PAGCOR-registered self-excluded individual or be subject to any exclusion order from a gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of a richph employee involved in the provision of gaming services.
• You must not have had a previous richph Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration and KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To use richph's real-money services, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your Philippine mobile number. You must notify richph immediately of any changes to your registered information. richph reserves the right to suspend Accounts where provided information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one richph Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. richph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit associated balances upon detection of multi-accounting.

4.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, richph requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (UMID, passport, SSS ID, driver's license, Voter's ID, or PhilSys National ID);
• A clear, current selfie photograph holding the identification document; and
• Any additional documentation requested by richph's compliance team.

richph will review submitted KYC documents within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal requests will not be processed. richph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its compliance obligations.

Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richph Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Not disclose your richph login credentials to any third party;
• Select a strong, unique password that is not reused from other platforms;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify richph's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account; and
• Not allow any other person to use your Account to place bets or access services.

richph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. richph support staff will never request your password — any communication claiming to be from richph that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

richph employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers, and implements login monitoring to detect and flag suspicious account access patterns. Despite these measures, you remain responsible for the security of your own device and credentials.

Deposits and Payment Methods

richph accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Credit Card, USDT (cryptocurrency), and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your richph Account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. GCash deposits are typically credited within seconds.
• richph does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
• richph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual or inconsistent with your documented account activity.

6.2 Deposit Limits

Deposit limits may be set by richph in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the account settings or by contacting richph support. Player-set deposit limits cannot be increased for a period of twenty-four (24) hours following the limit change request.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of Available Balance (real funds not subject to active wagering requirements) at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the richph Account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before richph will process any withdrawal request.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes.
• Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on banking days are typically processed the same day.
• richph reserves the right to implement a processing period of up to five (5) business days for large withdrawal amounts or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where richph has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• richph does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your payment provider may impose fees.

Bonuses and Promotions

richph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page before opt-in. richph will not honor retroactive claims that wagering requirements were not disclosed.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement satisfaction. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• richph reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer, or to require the return of bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of a promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain at the expiry date will be removed from the Account.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the richph platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are operated in accordance with the rules published for each game within the platform. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

• Random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. richph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in controlled studio environments with real-time video streaming. Results are final once the hand, round, or spin is completed.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game session, richph reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player. Winnings generated during a malfunction are void.
• Game results are final and binding. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised with richph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the result. richph's decision on game disputes is final.
• richph reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corrupted data, pricing errors, or manifest errors.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the richph platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balance:

• Registering or using an Account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Operating multiple Accounts or assisting another person in registering an Account under a false identity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players or casino employees to influence game outcomes;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform, interferes with other Players' experience, or attempts to circumvent the Platform's security systems;
• Making chargebacks on deposits without first attempting to resolve the matter through richph's customer support team;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your richph Account to another person; and
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without proper authorization.

Responsible Gaming

richph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all richph Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may not be increased for twenty-four (24) hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that notify them after a specified period of play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between twenty-four (24) hours and several weeks. During a cool-off period, the Account cannot be used for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting richph support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irrevocably for the duration requested.

richph's responsible gaming program operates in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines. Players experiencing difficulties with gambling are encouraged to seek support through relevant Philippine mental health and addiction resources.

Intellectual Property

All content on the richph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall structure of the Platform ("richph Content"), is the intellectual property of richph or its licensed third-party game providers and content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the richph Platform for your personal, non-commercial, recreational use only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any richph Content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any richph software; or
• Use the richph name, logo, trademarks, or any richph Content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of richph Content constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richph shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any loss arising from the unavailability, interruption, or malfunction of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or causes beyond richph's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials as required under Section 5;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subsequently found to contain a manifest error; or
• Any gambling losses you incur through use of the Platform, which are an inherent risk of gambling activity that you accept by using richph.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits richph's liability for death or personal injury caused by richph's negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law. The Platform is provided "as is" and richph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Account Termination and Suspension

richph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Where richph suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with your Account;
• Where you have provided false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Where you are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3;
• Where required to do so by PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Where your Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by richph's dormant account policy; or
• At your own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting richph support. Upon account closure in good standing (i.e., with no outstanding breaches of these Terms), any remaining Available Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus Funds and any funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will not be returned upon account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the richph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting richph's customer support team. richph will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process, where applicable.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, richph is subject to PAGCOR oversight and its dispute resolution procedures. Players who are unsatisfied with richph's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

richph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, richph will provide reasonable advance notice to Players through the Platform or via registered contact details prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of each version of these Terms will be displayed on this page.

Your continued use of the richph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

richph recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations as a Player on the Platform. The current version of these Terms always supersedes any prior version.
